In 1997, they joined McCown De Leeuw & Co., a $1.2 billion LBO firm, as an Associate. Adarsh continued to expand their expertise in private equity at Radiowave, where they served as VP Strategic Alliances from 1999 to 2001. At Radiowave, they were responsible for M&A and strategic partner initiatives. Adarsh then joined ChrysCapital in 2002 where they played a key role as a Principal in originating and executing investments. ChrysCapital is a $2 billion private equity firm focused on investing in India. Currently, Adarsh holds the position of Managing Director at Warburg Pincus, a prestigious private equity firm in which they have been with since 2005. Overall, their extensive experience in finance and private equity has equipped him with the skills and knowledge necessary for success in the industry. Adarsh Sarma completed their Bachelor's degree from Knox College between 1991 and 1995. Later, they attended the University of Chicago from 1999 to 2001, where they obtained their MBA degree. Warburg Pincus, a prominent global growth investor, has appointed Andrew Sibbald as Managing Director and Co-Head of Europe. He will collaborate with René Obermann, the current Co-Head, in Berlin. Before founding Lexicon Partners in 2000, Sibbald was a Managing Director at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, leading a team in M&A for financial institutions. He also served as a Partner at The Phoenix Partnership.
