Fullscript, a healthcare platform focused on whole person care, has secured an expanded investment from HGGC and Snapdragon Capital Partners to fuel its growth. This funding, facilitated by a continuation vehicle led by Leonard Green & Partners (LGP), highlights strong investor confidence in Fullscript's innovative approach and market potential. HGGC and Snapdragon initially invested in Fullscript in 2021.

Since its founding in 2011, Fullscript has transformed healthcare delivery by enabling providers to prescribe evidence-based supplements and manage lab services effectively. The platform currently supports over 100,000 healthcare providers and 10 million patients, promoting a comprehensive and preventative health model.

Kyle Braatz, Fullscript's Co-Founder and CEO, emphasized that this investment will enhance their technology and services, allowing more practitioners to offer personalized care. Mark Grabowski, Founder and Managing Partner at Snapdragon, expressed confidence in Fullscript's leadership and the long-term value of the investment, noting that the continuation vehicle provides liquidity options for investors while supporting growth.

LGP's David Fox and Garrett Hall expressed excitement about collaborating with Snapdragon, HGGC, and Fullscript's leadership, reaffirming their commitment to investing in high-quality companies with sustainable growth prospects.

HGGC is a private investment firm based in Palo Alto, California, focusing on technology, business services, and consumer enterprises valued between $200 million and $1.5 billion. The firm manages over $8 billion in capital commitments.
