Thoma Bravo Acquires Boeing's Jeppesen for $10.55 Billion

17 June 2025

Boeing is actively working to recover from recent challenges by selling off non-core assets to reduce its debt. Chris Raymond, who leads Boeing's global services division, stated at the Paris Airshow that the company does not intend to pursue any additional major asset sales at this time.

This announcement comes on the heels of an April agreement where Boeing agreed to sell parts of its Digital Aviation Solutions business, including Jeppesen, to Thoma Bravo for $10.55 billion. The decision to divest these assets is part of Boeing's broader strategy to stabilize its financial position amid ongoing pressures.
