Challenge
MML Capital Partners previously used Zapflow as its CRM but faced low adoption across the team. This limited their ability to consistently track M&A advisers, monitor fees paid to advisers, and coordinate fundraising activities effectively.
Solution
MML switched to ListAlpha, rolling it out across deal teams, origination, and investor relations functions in multiple offices. As part of the implementation, ListAlpha developed a bespoke M&A fee tracking module tailored specifically to MML’s requirements, enabling more consistent and accurate tracking of adviser-related costs across deals.

In addition, a custom adviser tracking view was built, allowing MML to see all key relationship data— including interaction history, internal notes, and associated fees—in a single, centralized interface.

These enhancements gave MML greater visibility and control over its adviser network and improved accountability across teams.
